Global Category Manager Indirect Sourcing

We are seeking a Global Category Manager – Logistics to join our Indirect Procurement Team at INNIO. In this key role, you will be an integral part of INNIO’s global procurement network, responsible for all indirect procurement activities that ensure efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality operations.

Requirements

• Develop and implement procurement strategies for logistics services in the Americas, including transportation, freight forwarding, warehousing, and supply chain services
• Identify, select, and further develop strategic logistics partners in close collaboration with internal stakeholders
• Build and execute structured supplier relationship management plans
• Lead contract negotiations and manage existing framework agreements within the logistics category
• Collaborate closely with business leaders to define and align logistics strategies
• Support the optimization of supply chain processes with a focus on cost, quality, service, and sustainability
