Job Description
This role involves leading SOX compliance activities for the Jenbacher site in Austria, reporting to the Head of Finance Compliance. The analyst will coordinate activities and support the operations and finance teams, ensuring robust internal controls and compliance with global and local requirements. The position offers international experience and support for a dynamic and fast-moving industry.
Requirements
- Lead and coordinate SOX compliance activities for the Jenbacher site.
- Guide and support control owners on control design, documentation, and effective operation.
- Test design and operating effectiveness of controls and document results.
- Coordinate with IT SOX on IT-dependent controls.
- Liaise with external and internal auditors.
- Supervise and mentor the Jenbacher SOX Analyst.
- Perform regular checks on SOX methodologies.
