INNIO is seeking a Supply Chain & Process Excellence Expert/In to lead the operational ramp-up of a new Jenbacher production footprint in Trenton, USA. This role involves building and optimizing supply chain processes, ensuring seamless order fulfillment and efficient logistics. Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
- Very good experience in operations, supply chain, or production ramp-up (preferably in industrial/energy sectors)
- Proven project management skills in cross-functional, international environments
- Strong ERP and logistics process knowledge
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to travel (30–40%)
- Fluent in German & English; Spanish or any other languages are an advantage
