Job Description
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to guide the entire recruitment process, ensure a smooth process and a pleasant experience for candidates, and help us attract the right people, maintain our employer brand, and make diversity and inclusion a matter of course.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a Talent Acquisition role, preferably in a supply chain environment
- Team player who enjoys working together, both within and outside the team
- Strong in building (work) relationships and advising stakeholders
- Communicatively strong, both in Dutch and English
- Driver's license and a car to get to our blender in the Europoort
