EAM - Solution Consultant

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 5+ years as a functional SME in maintenance operations along with basic understanding of backend EAM applications like SAP PM, MAS 8 or above
• Experience in leading EAM based solution implementations focused on Work Order Execution, Planning & Scheduling, Notifications, Inspections, and MRO
• Proven ability to lead customer-facing workshops, build value-based business cases, and document functional requirements
• Knowledge of agile methods and familiarity with solution configuration, change management, and business process transformation
