Job Description
Innovapptive is seeking a Program Manager to lead critical components of cross-functional projects, ensuring effective team execution and alignment with customer needs. The ideal candidate is highly energetic, customer-centric, and driven to solve complex problems, organized and data-driven, with a focus on metrics and innovation. They are looking for someone comfortable with fast-paced projects, dynamic environments, and a strong understanding of KPIs and reporting.
Requirements
- BSc/BA diploma in management or a relevant field
- A minimum of 5 years experience as program/project manager
- Strong understanding of project/program management techniques (e.g., waterfall and agile delivery models)
- Knowledge of industry verticals such as Mining, Utilities, Chemicals, and Oil & Gas
- Excellent knowledge of performance evaluation techniques and key metrics
- Working knowledge of MS office and program management software (e.g. Basecamp, MS Project)
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- A business acumen with a strategic ability
- Prior experience in JIRA Projects, reporting and dashboarding is preferred.
