Job Description
This Senior Business Analyst role focuses on gathering and documenting business requirements with stakeholders to support the development of software. The candidate will translate requirements into specifications, facilitate communication between teams, and ensure accuracy through testing and validation. Strong SQL, process modeling, and Agile/Scrum knowledge are essential.
Requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear, structured system and functional specifications.
- Prepare comprehensive requirements documentation (BRD, BRS, SRS).
- Facilitate effective communication between business and technical teams.
- Ensure requirements are accurately captured, validated, and traceable.
- Assist QA and development teams by clarifying requirements and resolving ambiguities.
