Innovative Concrete, LLC is seeking experienced and dedicated Skilled Concrete Finishers to join our dynamic team, responsible for executing the finishing process of concrete surfaces to achieve the highest quality standards in commercial projects.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Concrete Finisher
• Proficient in various concrete finishing techniques and tools
• Strong understanding of safety standards in the construction industry
• Ability to read and follow blueprints and technical drawings
• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering quality work
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation to job sites
