Job Description
ICMS is a professional and technical management consulting firm seeking a full-time state experienced Electrician. The role involves the operation and maintenance of building equipment, managing staff, and ensuring safety and security. This position requires a strong background in emergency power systems, data center layouts, and experience working in a public or government environment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in maintaining and operating building size of 300,000 square feet
- Knowledge of HVAC installation, troubleshooting, repair and maintenance
- Ability to perform preventive maintenance according to published guidelines
- Ability to read, understand, follow, and enforce safety procedures
- Ability to use hand and power tools applicable to the trade
- Must be able to use computer software to develop and track the progress of tasks
- Ability to work independently with little or no supervision
