Sous Chef

Innovative Dining Group is now hiring Sous Chefs to join our team and help create a standout food-and-beverage experience in wine country. The ideal candidate will have a passion for service, elevated dining, and professional growth, and will be able to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.

Requirements

• Completion of a post-secondary culinary arts program, or equivalent experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Basic knowledge of computers, computer programs, and technology in general.
• Valid Food Handler Card at the time of hire.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel; and Restaurant POS Systems.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
• Ability to multi-task, manage time efficiently, and maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
• Must have a flexible schedule, available to work daytime, evening and/or weekend shifts.
