iRocket is experiencing rapid growth and is seeking a passionate HR & People Operations Lead to build and scale HR systems, drive talent initiatives, and foster a high-performance culture. This role involves full-cycle recruitment, policy development, compliance management, employee engagement, and performance management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience (startup or engineering environment preferred)
- Hands-on experience with recruiting, performance management, and compensation
- Strong understanding of HR laws, compliance, and best practices
- Experience implementing HR systems (HRIS, ATS)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and confidence in resolving conflicts
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-moving, evolving environment
