Now Hiring for the 2025–2026 School Year: Join Our Team of School-Based Mental Health Clinicians! Innovative Therapeutic Services (ITS) is growing—and we want you to grow with us! We're excited to expand our mental health services within Anne Arundel County Public Schools and are looking for passionate, dedicated Licensed Clinicians and Clinical Social Workers to serve elementary school students in the Odenton, MD cluster for the 2025–2026 school year.
Requirements
- Must be bilingual in Spanish
- Master's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Social Work
- Licensed LMSW/LCSWC/LGPC/LCPC/LCMFT in the State of Maryland (active and in good standing)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, internet, EHR/EMR, excellent oral and written communication skills, and reliable transportation
