Morning Psychiatric Home Health Nurse

Innovive Health is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) to join their growing team. The Case Manager Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for partnering with the Clinical Director and team to administer and coordinate skilled nursing care to patients requiring home care services. The RN will provide direct care and case management of assigned patients, including initial assessment and development of plan of care, as well as oversight and administration of prescribed medications and treatments.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
• Current RN licensure through the State Board of Nursing
• 1-2 years' experience in a home health environment (preferred)
• Prior experience caring for mental health patients (preferred)
