Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine degree or Doctor of Osteopathic degree
• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Internal Medicine
• Current unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of Virginia
• DEA license
• Current residency in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
