Medical Director (MD/DO)- Med Hospitalist - Loudoun Hospital

Inova Loudoun Hospital seeks a Medical Director to lead the ILH Hospitalist Group. The Medical Director will be responsible for managing the administrative structure and operating needs of the Group, creating a team environment, and unifying the team towards fulfillment of the Group's mission and vision. The Medical Director will also serve as the primary Group representative and liaison for other departments and leadership across ILH and the Medicine Service Line.

Requirements

• MD or DO, Board Certified to practice Internal Medicine in Virginia
• Eligible to be employed by Inova in a full-time capacity, and credentialed in good standing
• Minimum five (5) years of collective Hospitalist experience, with an active clinical role within the most recent two-year period, and including at least one (1) year of direct clinical teaching experience with residents and/or medical students
• A minimum of two (2) consecutive years of official administrative and/or leadership experience in a hospital or healthcare setting
