Occupational Therapist - Inpatient Rehab

Inova Fairfax Inpatient Rehab is seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to join their team. This is a PRN position, two weekend shifts a month, a holiday week needed, and potential additional shifts. Therapists will be responsible for documenting patient evaluation results, completing progress notes, discharge plans, and communicating with the medical team. The role is a part-time position requiring training during the week.

Requirements

• Documents evaluation results clearly and completely according to department policy.
• Completes daily progress notes and discharge notes.
• Communicates effectively with patients, families, medical staff, and other contacts.
• Demonstrates skills in treatment modalities and equipment.
• Re-evaluates treatment plans as needed.
• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy or a Master’s degree preferred.
• Requires VA license and AHA certification.
