Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine degree from an accredited institution.
• Prior experience required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) upon start
• Unrestricted VA Medical License or ability to obtain.
• Successful completion of medical staff membership and clinical privileges.
• Ability to pass credentialing process by third-party payors.
• CMS Medicare/Medicaid payor eligibility.
