Job Description
Inova Fairfax Hospital is seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Nurse Fellow to join their EmPATH Psychiatric Observation Unit on the night shift. This is a full-time, 3-hour shift position working with acute care nurses in the psychiatric patient population. Inova is recognized nationally as a leader in safety, quality, and patient experience, and offers comprehensive support and training for all team members.
Requirements
- Experience in Registered Nurse clinical experience (1 year)
- BLS certification required
- CPR and First Aid certification (required)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong computer skills
- Teamwork and respect for clinical disciplines
