Registered Nurse (RN) Fellow Women's Medicine Unit- Full Time Nights

Inova is seeking a Dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Fellow to join their Women’s Medicine Unit at Falls Church, VA. This full-time night shift position offers 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM sign-on and 3-12 hour shifts. The role involves patient assessments, care planning, monitoring patient progress, and providing compassionate care within a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Requirements

• Performs patient assessments to collect basic data and follows written care plans, standards, and practice guidelines under supervision.
• Utilizes assessment data and patient preferences to identify patient care needs.
• Monitors patient progress toward expected outcomes and adjusts care plans accordingly.
• Provides compassionate, empathetic care while maintaining patient privacy and confidentiality.
• Accurately documents all patient care activities.
• Attends all learning sessions required for successful completion of the RN Fellowship.
• Completes assignments on time.
• Demonstrates a willingness to learn new skills and effectively use equipment.
