We are seeking an experienced ICU RN for our Medical Surgical Intensive Care Unit at Inova Alexandria Hospital. The MSICU is a 20-bed unit with a 2:1 ratio and a patient population that includes cardiopulmonary failure, adult respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS), sepsis, and other advanced medical conditions.
Requirements
- Minimum of one year of ICU Registered Nurse experience.
- BSN from an accredited school of nursing. If RN has an Associates Degree (ADN); must complete BSN within 5 years of start date.
- RN licensed, or eligible to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia as an RN
- BLS for Healthcare Provider certification required from American Heart Association. ACLS preferred or within 90-days.
