We're looking for a Business Development Representative to join our Commercial team in London, UK. The successful candidate will support Business Development Managers by generating high-quality appointments with retailers and e-commerce brands.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a telesales or lead generation sales role in Retail, ecommerce or Fintech
- A proven track record of achieving or exceeding targets
- Understanding of e-commerce or retail commercial models
- Experience using CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Drive and determination to succeed in a commercial sales environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a confident phone manner
- Outgoing, engaging personality with a genuine interest in e-commerce, retail, and technology-led solutions
- Target-driven, resilient, and able to perform well under pressure
- Self-motivated with a proactive and energetic approach to work
- Strong desire to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Professional attitude and strong work ethic
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role (e.g. retail, hospitality, leisure, customer service, or sales)
