Field Service Engineer (Hampshire)

We're looking for a Field Services Engineer based in the Dorset area to join our Network Health team! The role involves repairing parcel lockers on client's sites, developing new solutions, and maintaining technical documentation.

Requirements

• Field service technical engineering experience on electrical/mechanical equipment
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing equipment, with experience in software configuration and firmware updates
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for resolving complex technical issues
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to provide technical training
• Ability to manage tasks efficiently, ensuring quality and meeting deadlines across multiple markets
• Flexibility to travel for service and training activities both in the UK and occasionally internationally
• Familiarity with parcel locker or similar systems, electromechanical devices, and organisational IT tools
