Regional Service Manager for the South of the UK to join our Field Service Team. Manage a regional team of engineers, oversee maintenance and repair of parcel locker machines, and contribute to the development of new solutions.
Requirements
- Previous experience in area management with leadership or supervisory experience
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
- Experience ensuring effective diagnosis and repair of electromechanical equipment
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and ensure quality
- Experience in overseeing quality control
- Skilled in managing relationships with internal staff and international subcontractors
