Job Description
inPowered AI is seeking a driven and strategic Sales Director to join their revenue team. This high-impact role is ideal for a self-starter with experience in the agency landscape, particularly holding companies, and a proven track record of consultative sales and relationship building. You will introduce inPowered’s AI capabilities to new agency partners and expand existing relationships to drive revenue growth.
Requirements
- 4-5 years of experience in digital media sales, programmatic advertising, or ad tech
- Deep understanding of the programmatic ecosystem (SSPs, DSPs, and ad tech platforms)
- Demonstrated success in consultative, solution-oriented sales
- Strong industry contacts and territory knowledge
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage high volumes of outbound sales activity
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
