Job Description
Insglück is seeking a Part-Time Office Manager to join their Berlin team. The role involves creating a positive first impression at the reception, coordinating appointments, handling logistics, organizing events, and providing support to team members. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Completed sales or creative/event agency education (preferred)
- Experience in a creative or event agency (advantageous)
- Strong German and English skills
- Excellent MS-Office proficiency (Word, Excel)
