We are seeking a talented Recruiter to join our dynamic People&Culture team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of recruitment processes, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to sourcing top talent.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in recruiting or HR roles
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, and other HR software tools
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices related to recruitment and selection
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
