Job Description
CMC is seeking a Shredder Operator - Recycling to join their North American Steel Group. The role involves operating mobile equipment, ensuring product quality, and adhering to safety regulations. Requirements
- Minimum 1 year field experience in either heavy industrial operations and/or manufacturing environment
- Ability to work as a team player and possess strong work ethic, attention to detail, and organizational skills
- Ability to learn quickly and multitask
- Dependability and flexibility in work completion
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including overtime, weekends and holidays
- Physical requirements: standing for duration of a shift, up to 12 hours; frequent physical activity
- Push and pull up to 90 lbs and carry 50 lbs
