Job Description
The client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Remote Administrative Assistant to support daily administrative tasks, with a focus on data entry and administrative support.
Requirements
- Assist with accounts including invoice tracking and basic reconciliation.
- Perform accurate and timely data entry into company systems and databases.
- Learn and operate the company’s CRM for record management.
- Organize and maintain files using the company’s shared OneDrive system.
- Make and receive follow-up calls to vendors, clients, or internal team members as needed.
- Maintain accurate and updated records when doing data entry
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Communicate effectively via email, chat, and phone with both internal and external stakeholders.
