Requirements

• 3-5 years of Executive Assistant or Operations Manager experience
• Proven track record in sales support, appointment setting, or lead generation
• Advanced written and spoken English fluency with professional communication skills
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Independent problem-solver capable of working autonomously with minimal supervision
