As a Travel Experience Administrator, you will support the Travel Experience Specialists by contacting Japanese suppliers and maintaining our database of restaurants and clinics in Japan.
Requirements
- Japanese language proficiency (native speaker)
- Business-level English (TOEIC 750 or higher)
- Experience in customer-facing roles (customer service, etc.)
- Experience using databases (CRM, reservation management systems, etc.)
- Emotional intelligence and ability to build trust relationships
