Requirements

• Partner with the leadership team to identify and deliver end-to-end improvements
• Assess current operations with a critical eye
• Work closely with teams in the Netherlands, France, and Germany
• Translate strategic opportunities into clear initiatives and roadmaps
• Lead or support execution by collaborating with product managers, engineers, data analysts, and process owners
• Build feedback loops between Operations, Product, and Engineering
• Partner with the data team to turn insights into action
