Job Description
Insight is looking for an Architect I (Endpoint Solution) with extensive experience on Intune, Azure Virtual Desktop, and Windows systems. The role involves identifying problem areas and opportunities for improvement in a mission-critical network, providing insight to global customers, and helping the team better understand the network.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in IT
- Experience as a Windows / Azure virtual Desktop support engineer
- Experience as a Windows system administrator
- Experience with PowerShell
- Knowledge of cloud computing and networking
- Knowledge of the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)
- Ability to manage and support multiple clients
- Enrolment, Autopilot
- MDM and MAM policies, Application packaging
- Integration of SCCM and Intune
- Azure Active Directory Single Sign ON
- Certification: AZ-104, AZ900, MD-102
