As a Financial Analyst within the EMEA FP&A team, you will play a key analytical and collaborative role. You'll be responsible for reporting and analysing financial performance, partnering with the broader finance function, business leaders, and FP&A colleagues to ensure decisions are financially sound and aligned with strategic objectives.
Requirements
- Educated to degree level or can demonstrate equivalent work experience
- Experience of working within a high performing team within a fast-paced, target driven environment
- Fully conversant with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, and Word) including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Experience in traditional database development and analysis (SQL, PowerBI, SSRS, etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good numerical skills, ability to manipulate large volumes of complex data and carry out detailed analysis
- Ability to identify and implement process improvements and changes
- Continuously updates personal knowledge of industry-leading technology, learns new skills, and adapts to changes in technology
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build relationships
