Inside Sales Associate

The Inside Sales Associate will provide administrative support to divisional sales teams and work closely with other departments to maintain the highest levels of client and teammate satisfaction.

Requirements

• Experience of working within a high performing team within a fast-paced, target driven environment
• Relevant professional Business Administration qualification, accreditation and or certification
• High level of written and spoken English
• Fully conversant with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, and Word)
• Previous experience using administration and ordering systems (such as CRM)
• Excellent time management skills and ability to work unsupervised, to tight deadlines
• Demonstrates general IT product knowledge of current information technologies
• Articulate, numerate, and able to communicate well at all levels within the organisation and with external clients
• Previous working experience gained in a sales environment
• Ability to learn new systems/processes quickly and effectively
• A strong team player as well as a proactive individual contributor
