Job Description
We are looking for a hands-on Architect with experience in Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform. The role involves owning and driving challenging projects, providing consulting services, and collaborating with customers and teammates. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of functional and business requirements, excellent communication skills, and experience with advanced technical solutions.
Requirements
- Consultative experience in architecting, designing, and implementing advanced technical solutions
- Understanding of functional and business requirements to make appropriate technology recommendations
- Strong ability to cultivate relationships with partners, suppliers and clients in order to develop and share understanding of technology roadmaps
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly developed conceptual and analytical skills combined with sound judgement
- Ability to write quality high level and detailed architectural diagrams, strategic roadmaps and technical documentation that communicate customer vision
- Previous consulting/professional services experience is required
- Expert level understanding of at least 2 of the Dynamics CRM modules (Sales, Service, Customer Insights, Field Service)
- Expert level understanding and hands-on experience with Power Automate and Canvas App
- Expert level understanding of Copilot Studio
- Working knowledge with hands on experience with Customer Service Workspace and D365 Contact Centre
- Working knowledge with hands on experience with Power pages and AI Builder
- Experience with Power Platform Centre of Excellence Toolkit
- Experience with Power-CAT Copilot Toolkit
- Best practice and implementation with Application Lifecycle Management
- A degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
