Insights Training Group LLC is seeking energetic and talented Career Preparation Specialists to facilitate individual and group lessons designed for students preparing for success in the Career Development Services System (CDSS). The role involves assisting students with personalized career development plans, ensuring Classroom Achievement Records (PAR), and maintaining positive classroom environments. Requirements

• Assist new students in acclimating to the center.
• Provide career exploration and career planning to new students.
• Assist students in updating Personal Career Development Plan.
• Assist students in establishing Pathway Achievement Record (PAR).
• Facilitate the implementation of all required Career Preparation Period requirements.
• Maintain students’ personal folders and record data.
