Insurance Solutions Specialist

Requirements

• Manage end-to-end insurance, claims underwriting and family law processes
• Process superannuation transactions
• Liaise with members, insurers, lawyers and beneficiaries
• Provide tailored support to vulnerable members
• Capture data, manage workflows and meet service levels and quality standards
• Identify, raise and escalate risk and compliance issues
• Contribute to continuous improvement and share knowledge across the team
• Participate in a rotating insurance and/or financial hardship phone roster
