Platform Development Manager/ Senior PDM

Permanent role with a hybrid work arrangement (2 days in the office, 3 days WFH) for a Platform Development Manager/Senior PDM to shape the strategy and improve the end-to-end digital experience for advisers, clients, and employers.

Requirements

• 3+ years' experience in user experience or product design
• Understanding of agile delivery practices
• Strong understanding of adviser needs, experience in user design, user research, digital platforms, customer journey mapping, and user testing
• Awareness of industry and competitor trends with the ability to translate insights into action
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
