Job Description
Insomnia Cookies is looking for a full-time Store Manager in Training (MIT) to join their hospitality-focused team. As an MIT, you will be responsible for supervising and training staff, conducting initial interviews, and supporting the Store Ops Manager.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or retail store
- Prior experience conducting in-person interviews of hourly support staff
- Prior Point of Sale (POS) systems experience
