Job Description
Insomnia Cookies is hiring a full-time Store Manager in Training (MIT) for our Downtown St Cloud store. As a MIT, you will supervise and train team members, support ordering and inventory control, and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or retail store
- Prior experience conducting in-person interviews of hourly support staff
- Prior Point of Sale (POS) systems experience
