Store Manager in Training (MIT)

Insomnia Cookies is hiring a full-time hourly Store Manager in Training (MIT) in Towson, MD. As a MIT, you will supervise, train, and coach team members, conduct initial interviews, and support the Store Ops Manager.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or retail store
• Prior experience conducting in-person interviews of hourly support staff
• Prior Point of Sale (POS) systems experience
