Insomnia Cookies is hiring a Store Manager in Training (MIT) for their UF store in Gainesville, FL. The job involves supervising team members, conducting interviews, and supporting the Store Ops Manager. Ideal candidate has 1 year of supervisory experience, prior interview experience, and POS system experience.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or retail store
• Prior experience conducting in-person interviews of hourly support staff
• Prior Point of Sale (POS) systems experience
