We are seeking an experienced Director of Operations to oversee our rapidly growing clinical research site in Los Angeles. As a dynamic operations leader, you will lead a talented, multidisciplinary team across Clinical Operations, Laboratory, Regulatory, Recruitment, and Administration.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or related graduate degree preferred
• Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in clinical research or healthcare operations leadership
• Proven proficiency with CTMS tools such as CRIO and solid understanding of study-budget modeling, forecasting, and fiscal management
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with ability to lead diverse teams in a patient-first, equity-minded environment
