The Teller / Universal Banker Associate provides first-line, quality customer service through face-to-face performance of primary bank transactions.
Requirements
- Customer service skills for greeting and assisting customers in person, by phone, and at the drive-thru.
- Cash handling experience, including processing deposits, withdrawals, and checks while balancing the cash drawer daily.
- Ability to open new deposit accounts and process ATM/night depository deposits.
- Sales skills to identify and initiate opportunities for promoting bank products.
- Attention to detail for processing and proofing daily transactions according to guidelines.
- Must be able to travel or be assigned to any branch location within the local market.
