Job Description
Join Girl Scouts of Central and Southern New Jersey as the Product Program Manager and create a meaningful employment experience. Implement the Council's two most extensive girl-led fundraising campaigns, oversee the full operational aspects of an annual 10MM program, and supervise a small team of specialists.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience, with 4+ years of relevant work experience
- Solid technical skills with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, social networking tools, and the ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies while understanding basic data quality principles
- Valid New Jersey driver's license, reliable vehicle with insurance, and ability to travel extensively across the council's geography
- Physical ability to lift, carry, and transport at least 35 pounds as needed
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and variable schedules to meet program needs
