Early Years Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a warm, proactive, and child-centred Early Years Assistant to join our Early Years team from January or as soon as possible. The successful candidate will support high-quality learning through play, contributing to a nurturing environment where children feel safe, engaged, and inspired.

Requirements

• Experience working with children aged 2–5 in an early years educational setting
• Child-centred approach, with strong communication and teamwork skills
• Good level of English (the working language of the school)
• Eligibility to work in Italy
• Positive, flexible, and collaborative approach to supporting young learners
