Job Description
The British School of Madrid is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Secondary Mathematics Teacher to join our team. The teacher will teach Key Stage 3 and 4 (English National Curriculum) and Key Stage 5 (Bilingual Baccalaureate - BiBac®), supporting students to achieve their academic potential and develop as confident, global citizens.
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), PGCE, or equivalent, with a strong academic background in Mathematics.
- Experience teaching Key Stage 3, 4, and ideally Key Stage 5, with knowledge of the English National Curriculum and/or BiBac®.
- Excellent classroom management skills, engaging and challenging students effectively.
- Strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching Mathematics in an innovative and practical way.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with a commitment to learning Spanish.
- A collaborative, proactive approach and dedication to student development, both academically and personally.
