Credit Assistant

The Credit Assistant role is responsible for processing new credit account requests, performing customer collection calls, and maintaining customer credit files. The role also involves working with other departments to resolve customer issues and maintaining customer relationships.

Requirements

• Professional, technical or administrative training (2-year associate’s degree)
• General knowledge applicable to credit and/or accounting
• A minimum of 3 years’ work-related experience is required
