Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, International Development, Government, Public Policy, Business, Economics, Engineering or related fields
• Full written and oral working proficiency in Spanish (C2) and English (C1)
• Highly analytical with excellent numerical accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications and Google Workspace
• Ability to synthesize technical information into simple concepts and analyze information critically
• Ability to work independently
• High organizational skills and attention to detail
• A team player attitude and enthusiasm for relational work with clients
• Passion for national and international development
