Employment Coach for Adults with Developmental Disabilities - Simi Valley, CA

IABA is seeking Employment Coaches to support Adults with Developmental Disabilities in Ventura County, Oxnard, Port Hueneme, Ventura, Camarillo and surrounding areas. The role involves facilitating community connections, offering employment opportunities, and providing support at various locations. Candidates will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on their clients' lives.

Requirements

• Possess a minimum of High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Conduct themselves in a professional manner
• Demonstrate honesty and respect
• Adhere to written support plans
• Reliable automobile and willingness to transport clients
• Valid California Driver's License and current driving record
• CPR/First Aid and ProAct certification
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, kneel, squat, and lift 25 lbs.
